So this is a new build, works fine. but when i try and play cyberpunk 2077, usage is really low, about 20% and i only get like 45-60fps
drivers are up to date, cpu is not the bottleneck, tried all different types of settings but to no avail
anyone know whats up?

with your specifications 45fps works well at 1440p ultra, allow DLSS to exceed 60fps or transition to 1080p

but with just 20% gpu usage and 45fps across all levels—low, medium, high, and ultra? all configurations maintain around 45fps.

It seems your monitoring system is displaying the data wrong. Check the video link provided.
