Hello, I've configured the following setup: processor - i5-7500 @ 3.40GHz, 4 cores, motherboard ASRock H270 Pro4, 16 GB RAM, hard drive WDS100T3X0C, graphics card VIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 (6GB). When playing games like COD or Warzone, my performance feels inconsistent with FPS around 30-40 and settings tuned for speed. Task manager shows CPU at 80-100% and GPU at 5-20%. Despite these numbers, playability is still poor. Anyone have any ideas why this happens? Thanks for the input!

Your processor is limiting the performance of your GPU. The GPU is performing very little, and its utilization rate isn't satisfactory.

Consider an upgrade to the CPU. Suggestions are available. An optimal percentage would depend on your needs.

The optimal CPU percentage isn't fixed—it changes depending on the game. Focus on keeping your GPU at 90% or higher. Newer CPUs are fine, whether it's a 13th or 14th generation Intel or a 5000/7000 series Ryzen. It really depends on what you can afford.
