In my view, the issue with CSGO is related to my hardware setup. I have an 8700k with 5GHz and an RTX 2080 at 2150MHz, but I previously experienced low FPS. An update for CSGO helped, though I'm not sure exactly how it resolved it.

Yeah csgo can be a bit tricky with its performance. Before I adjusted the settings, my 9700 and 2060 were running around 150fps. Now that I'm using these launch options, it seems to make a difference.

it's about CSGO-related stuff, you don't have to be concerned. That section has a lot of smoke, which makes sense. I usually score around 200 there, but in the smoke area it drops to 30...
