Hello everyone, welcome to the new year! I'm currently at 120 max FPS while playing on normal settings in Warzone 2. I was hoping for around 180 FPS on a 1080p screen. I've already verified all settings on my machine and everything looks good. My power settings are set on Windows as well. My system runs an AMD Ryzen 7 3700X at 3.60GHz, with 8 cores, 32MB L3 cache, and a B550M DS3H motherboard with 128GB of DDR4 RAM (Kingston FURY DDR4, 2666MHz, CL16, XMP). I have a PCIe 3.0 M.2 slot and a 512GB NVMe SSD.

My GPU is an RX 6950 XT with 16GB VRAM, powered by an MSI RX 6950 XT 16GB VRAM card, running at 2100 MB/s read and 1200 MB/s write. I also have two extra 2K monitors, but I mainly use them for Discord and Spotify. My CPU normally clocks around 4.2 to 4.4GHz, but I never manually overclocked it. I tried boosting the RAM to 3000MHz and saw a slight improvement—about 5 FPS more on average. Maybe my CPU speed is limiting my frame rate? I'm planning to try overclocking the CPU myself and see if that helps reach at least 144 FPS with my current configuration.

The setup uses a high-resolution display paired with a powerful CPU, but the graphics card is optimized for 4K gaming rather than 1080p performance. This configuration can lead to bottlenecks despite the strong hardware.

Improve your memory with 3600 CL16, and explore further.

Open the registry editor in Windows. Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > System > Controlset001 > Control > Class. Find the key 4d36e968-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318\0001, then 0000. Locate EnableUlps Reg_DWord, click it and set its value to 0, pressing OK. If this doesn't resolve the issue, research thoroughly before proceeding. Download morepowertool from igor's labs, check their tutorials, and adjust feature control by unchecking DS_GFXCLK, DS_SOCCLK, DS_LCLK, DS_DCEFCLK and DS_UCLK. Save changes and restart. Worked for me.
