Hello, I have a system with a Ryzen 2200G and an RX 580 GTS 8GB using single-channel RAM at 3000MHz with 8GB in total. I am experiencing very low frame rates in Apex Legends and don't understand why. Other PCs with the same specifications run fine, suggesting a RAM issue. I am running everything on low settings and still encountering significant frame drops when I should be maintaining around 140 frames per second.

full system spec? include make and model of the psu
cpu/gpu temp and usage during the game?
ram/hdd/sdd usage during the game?

Corsair PSU, CPU and GPU temperatures are normal. RAM usage is nearly maximum.
