GPU and CPU tests work fine in isolation, but in games you see high CPU load and low GPU performance while only half the frames per second. Your setup uses a 12400f 6800xt with 16GB RAM, 3200MHz CPU, and a 750W PSU. The power draw is 120W for the GPU and 40W max for the CPU. This behavior isn’t typical for your hardware configuration.

Display a capture of hwinfo or hwmonitor while you play, so we can observe the clocks. Inspect the Windows power options and V-Sync settings. If the scores match expectations in CPU and 3D tests, it likely points to a configuration somewhere.

Only a handful of titles can leverage six processing units simultaneously.

Other games are rare except for Valorant, and the finals usually drop below 400 fps. In Valorant you typically see 120–220 FPS, but you rarely hit 400. At 1440p you might reach around 130 FPS, yet max out at about 70 FPS regardless of setting.

Running Furmark and Cinebench together helps assess CPU performance and power usage (80W) and GPU power draw (250W). This suggests the motherboard can supply the necessary power. However, if you don’t see this in games, it might indicate a motherboard issue.
