Let him enjoy playing CS:GO at 60 frames per second, then adjust it to 30 FPS. Use both a mouse and keyboard for control. If he struggles to distinguish the settings, we’ll need further guidance.

Let him be the people I recognize who still rely on consoles—whether it's teens, kids, or middle-aged individuals. They just keep using it because they're either too lazy or lack education. I won't compare textures, resolution, or any visual quality differences. It's pointless; they don't perceive things the way we do.
