I've started observing that my CPU and GPU are operating at just 50-60% during gameplay.
My system details are:
Intel® Core™ i7-10750H @ 2.6GHz
Nvidia RTX 3060 Laptop GPU
Additionally, I've noticed that in games like Cyberpunk on Ultra graphics, there are minimal FPS drops when dlss is set to Quality, but with Schedule 1 the performance drops significantly and stays around 40-50 FPS.

Rarely do you find a game that fully utilizes CPU and GPU under typical playable conditions. If temperatures remain within normal ranges, you might attempt to push the CPU by playing at the lowest settings and resolution possible (though many titles don’t run on all cores, but Cyberpunk performs well in this area). To maximize the GPU, set all graphics options to their highest values. If both can be pushed, it’s likely your power supply unit isn’t providing enough capacity, or the game is intentionally restricted in resource usage.
