The 5700X isn't strong enough to handle that card at 1080p with the desired frame rate. Choose a 5800X3D instead.

The 5700X includes all eight cores in a single CCD, whereas the 5900X has two CCDs each with six cores, and the delay between those CCDs is significantly greater than the internal core delays. The 5900X shines for tasks needing more than eight cores, but gaming isn't its strength.
