Low FPS with gtx1080, 16gb of RAM and I5 processor, NEED HELP!!!
Here’s a rewritten version of the text, aiming for clarity and flow while retaining all original information:
“I’m writing to seek advice regarding my PC gaming performance. I'm a beginner with PCs, so please excuse any terminology errors. My goal is to improve frame rates in games like Ring of Elysium, PubG, and Rainbow Six, which currently run at only 10-45fps even on maximum settings.
I’ve taken steps to optimize my system, including installing the latest graphics drivers for my ZOTAC GeForce GTX 1080 card and adjusting game settings for maximum performance. I've also used NVIDIA Controller to ensure optimal operation. Despite these efforts, the frame rates remain consistently low.
My PC specifications are as follows:
* **Operating System:** Windows 10
* **Processor:** Intel Core i5-7500 @ 3.40GHz (3401 MHz, 4 Cores / 4 Logical Processors)
* **Graphics Card:** ZOTAC GeForce GTX 1080
* **Motherboard:** GIGABYTE GA-B250M-DS3H LGA 1151
* **RAM:** Ballistix Sport LT 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4 2400 MT/s
* **Storage:** Samsung 860 EVO 250GB SSD
My PC’s temperatures fluctuate between 77-90 degrees Celsius while running these games. I'm hoping to receive suggestions for potential improvements before investing in new hardware.”

what is running at those temps? your CPU or GPU there's a difference
i'm not sure but its wrong i think, Afterburner says 28-32 degrees and i think its for the gpu? idk its the temp on the right side of after burner
77-90 degrees are bad temps and the GPU or CPU will throttle to avoid getting hotter. I bet that are your CPU temps. You need to repaste or probably a better cooler. Being a not so hot i5 probably the airflow in your box is bad too.
Here’s the rewritten text:
“I want to monitor my temperatures tonight while playing games. I have an RTX 2070, and I know it uses Samsung memory. I'm trying to figure out how to use this tool – specifically, if it can track my temps and see if they’re affected by my graphics card.”
