I have a RTX 3070 gaming trio, an i7 8700 with 3700 MHz RAM, running at 1080p, but I'm still getting around 100 fps even on medium settings. I've been trying to find a fix for months.

brand and model of the PSU?
temperatures and usage of CPU/GPU while playing?

This game requires more CPU power and having 16GB RAM at 3600MHz can boost performance by another 15 to 25 frames per second. I tested various settings, but anything with less than 6 cores on 4GHz only reached around 100fps. The graphics card isn't helping much, and even after upgrading from the RX 5700 XT, I still got no more than 5fps.

Did you turn off Vsync in both the Nvidia control panel and Warzone settings?

I don't remember the PSU model, but I know it can handle up to 1000 watts. The 16 GB RAM is from old hard drives, though they're Caviar hard drives—so they might be quite fast. I've personally tested them.

Verify the adv_options config file in your warzone directory. It occasionally misconfigures the core count. Adjust it to match the correct logical cores. I recently found mine configured for 4 cores. My 5600x with 6 was slightly underperforming. Changed it and now achieve 220/230 FPS.
