Hi, I'm facing issues with Jedi Fallen Order. It doesn't run smoothly at any setting or resolution, even at 1080p. Performance drops to as low as 30fps in certain areas. My GPU and CPU stay around 55% usage, but the CPU never hits its full potential—just hovers near base speed when other games run well. Temperatures are stable, ranging from 60°C on the GPU to 40°C on the CPU. At full settings (100W), the GPU draws about 40W, and I've tried borderless fullscreen, which helps slightly. The FPS limiter is capped at 144, and resolution changes don't significantly affect performance, even at 4K. Quality is set to medium, but it doesn't change the low FPS issue at any resolution. Any advice would be greatly appreciated—I'm enjoying the game but the inconsistency is frustrating. Thanks!!!

The main issue seems to be insufficient VRAM. Edit: it might work at 1080p. https://www.techpowerup.com/review/star-...sis/4.html

Your GPU operating at 55% utilization suggests a CPU limitation. It could also mean your RAM is restricting the CPU, which in turn affects the graphics card. What about the VRAM performance? I've learned that this game can easily reach an 8GB VRAM capacity. Edited June 2, 2023 by DreamCat04

It's incorrect. The game resembles Fallen Order, not Survivor. Your system might be too demanding.

Mid-VM size is roughly 6GB RAM and Epic is 7.5GB. It might not be the CPU, but the RAM—could upgrading it help? Appreciate the fast response!

You can get a bit more performance from DRAM and CPU settings if your system supports it, but don’t expect huge gains with Haswell. I pushed my i7 4770K to 4.6GHz and used 2x8GB 2133MT/s CL9 DDR3 RAM. It still had trouble running 1080p at 1440p in some games from 2017–2018.
