Turn off VSync really seriously—it caused my FPS to drop when I pushed GPU usage down to 80% or less. At 40fps, Ghost Recon made my 1070 feel like it was crying for help at 1080p. Just a heads-up.

It's been a problem since the game went into beta, and it hasn't been resolved yet. Plugging in a controller completely breaks the game. Turn off controller input in the settings.
