Hey there,
I've been seeing my games lag more lately, even after lowering the graphics settings. Here’s what my benchmark scores look like:

- CPU: 80.8%
- GPU: 99.5%
- HDD: 690.1%
- RAM: 59.3%
- PSU: EVGA 750 GQ 210-GQ-0750-V1 (80+ GOLD, 750W)
- RAM: OLOy 32GB (2x16GB) DDR4 3200 MHz

Everything else is listed under the MBD section. All my drivers are current.

Anyone have suggestions on how to improve performance or stability?

Recently, something similar occurred with me, but in my situation the issue was related to Steam games such as CSGO. My CPU usage usually stayed between 70-75%, but a few days ago I started experiencing lag. It wasn’t an unplayable situation—I just wanted to keep track and used AMD Link. I noticed the CPU usage spiking to around 99-100%, and when I opened Task Manager, I saw a Windows error related to a repopulating tool near my CPU. I’m not sure why this was happening, so I thought it might be worth checking your Task Manager to see if anything unusual is going on.
