Recently I noticed my games consistently running at extremely low frames per second (1-15 fps). I don’t understand the cause or how to resolve it. This issue appears even in relatively simple titles like Valorant and CSGO. In addition to the graphics performance problems, my entire computer slows down whenever a game is open. Once I close the application, everything returns to normal operation. My system temperatures are normal, and all drivers are up to date. I have a solid build and believe this shouldn’t be an issue. I constructed this setup in March 2020 and have never experienced any problems so far. Any assistance would be very much appreciated.

Thank you in advance!

Build details:
• CPU: i7-9700K @ 3.6 GHZ
• GPU: MSI RTX 2070 SUPER
• MOBO: Asus PRIME Z390-A ATX
• RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 32 GB
• CPU Cooler: Corsair H100i RGB PLATINUM
