Hey everyone, I'm facing an issue after upgrading my PC. I'm consistently seeing very low frame rates—between 1 to 15 fps—in all games. I've tried adding more RAM and even reapplying thermal paste to the CPU, which helped a bit but didn't solve the problem completely. Still, it's frustrating. I'm just starting out with this stuff. Any advice would be really appreciated!

I might employ a tool such as Msi afterburner to observe the activity. Focus on the clock speed and gpu utilization.

I would employ a tool such as Msi afterburner to monitor the situation. Focus closely on the clock speed and GPU usage. Just downloaded it and it's indicating my CPU is operating at a maximum of 100 degrees Celsius and 89 degrees minimum. This is the only metric that stands out as unusually high, and I'm currently idle.

I just tested the Heaven benchmark and it performed well at 60-70 fps, but when I started a game it dropped to 1-7. These low numbers happened even at the lowest settings. I ran the benchmark again and it returned to 1-7 fps.
