Hey everyone, I'm facing an issue after upgrading my PC. I'm consistently seeing very low frame rates—between 1 to 15 fps—in all games. I've tried adding more RAM and even reapplying thermal paste to the CPU, which helped a bit but didn't solve the problem completely. Still, it's frustrating. I'm just starting out with this stuff. Any advice would be really appreciated!

Just downloaded it and it's indicating my CPU is operating at a maximum of 100 degrees Celsius and 89 degrees minimum. This is the only metric that stands out as unusually high, and I'm currently idle.
I just tested the Heaven benchmark and it performed well at 60-70 fps, but when I started a game it dropped to 1-7. These low numbers happened even at the lowest settings. I ran the benchmark again and it returned to 1-7 fps.
