Hey, I see. You're using a Victorious laptop with an Intel i7-13700H and an RTX 4060 8GB VRAM, running 16GB RAM. When you play GTA V at maximum settings, you get around 80 FPS, but in Schedule 1 it drops to about 50 FPS. You're looking for higher frame rates, especially in Schedule 1, but you mentioned not finding any FPS limiter. Can someone assist you with that?

Are your GPU drivers current? For now, stick to the latest 400 updates—avoid the 500 ones since they’re problematic.

Check for available updates and consider reverting to previous versions if needed.

It's confusing why a 4060 feels like an extreme card. People might value its power, but why would they pay five times more? The 80 feels standard, so why the difference?

In reality, a few months back I was running around 180 frames per second. That’s why I suspect there might be an issue.

What version was used? Any adjustments made? Was there a software update or a Windows reinstall? New drivers are available. Temperatures and cooling performance are normal. Dust can affect thermal efficiency.

Find drivers directly on Nvidia's site for more choices.

I run at 1080p resolution. The GPU stays under 75 degrees and the CPU operates around 40-50. The only action I recall is installing drivers.

Older drivers often work well. Also, skipping brand-new games released in 2024 and later means you don’t have to update drivers each time new ones appear.
