Hey there,
I've got a weird issue here. Suddenly everything feels slow.
I've updated the drivers and even went back a few days, but they still cap at 20fps.
It's affecting CSGO, Battlefield V, and GTA V—none of them go above 20 fps.
Cuphead is running steady at 30 fps, but I'm not sure if that's the limit. It might be tied to the Xbox One setup.
I think it could be related to Windows settings, though I haven't checked the power options yet.
My system has an i5-4460, GTX 1070, and 16GB DDR3 RAM.
Anyone else have a clue? I'm not sure if this is the right forum, sorry.
Cheers,
Bas

What port does your monitor connect to?
Is your PC relatively new?
How is the temperature inside your PC?
Is your power plan set to high performance?
In your NVidia control panel, is your GPU configured for maximum performance?
Have you used DDU to uninstall the current driver and then reinstall the newest one?
What is your power supply unit?
Is your antivirus software current?
Have you inspected the cable management for any knots or loose connections?
