I'm facing issues with my PC running a 3070, getting only 100 FPS. Even after adjusting settings, the performance remains poor and the game feels sluggish. Anyone have suggestions on how to improve this?

PSU: Zalman ZM700-TXII MegaMax 700W
average cpu/gpu temp ranges from 65 to 70 degrees.
