Your configuration is solid, but performance differences often stem from factors beyond just hardware specs. The lower FPS at 1440p compared to 300 might be due to frame rate limits, GPU utilization, or software settings. Trying 1080p could help if it matches your target frame rate better.

Yes, you have a G-sync monitor connected to that configuration.

Sync is active but not enabled. You currently use a 144 Hz display, but a higher 240 Hz monitor will arrive soon—plan accordingly.

If this clip involves a 3900XT and 3080 setup, Valorant should maintain over 300fps at 1440p with GPU around 50% and CPU near 15%. FPS remains stable at 1080p, probably because of engine constraints or single-threaded limits. The 3900XT is expected to deliver solid over 300fps in the game. Is this the only title underperforming? If yes, consider removing it and reinstalling fresh.

Your GPU usage is currently near 90% or higher in Valorant, which looks quite intense. I’ve played Cyberpunk and managed about 80 FPS, which feels typical. I’m considering a fresh install just to see if it helps.
