Rust is quite demanding. If you need, I included a clip showing the settings I use with my 1070 at 1440p. It looks solid enough to maintain over 50 FPS most of the time, as far as I remember. Rust version 2022.06.29 - 12.50.44.01.mp4

I don't have a direct way to know your RAM, but you can check it by looking at your device's specifications or using system settings.

It remains stable above 50 FPS for me as well, though I aim for 80+ in an MMO FPS. It's really annoying that the impact of lowering settings isn't noticeable. Edited June 30, 2022 by Dalibor – possibly misphrased.
