Hi, I'm checking if having super unstable FPS at Rainbow Six Siege with your current setup is typical. You mentioned running the game smoothly at 200+ FPS a few months ago but now it's barely holding steady to 144 or 160. It seems like this might be unusual for these specs.

Which Rainbow Six/R6 title should you play—'Siege' or the earlier ones such as Raven Shield, Athena Sword? At what screen resolution are you using, like 1080p? How do other PC games perform on your system? Do they behave similarly to R6, showing issues like low or unstable FPS? Keep an eye on GPU and CPU temperatures and usage while playing. A fresh install of the game and its drivers might help.

yes it's Siege, on 1080p 24 inch 4.3 stretched no black bars, and regardless of resolution it still has the same problems. i have everything set to lowest, mostly play fps games so valorant runs smoothly at 170 fps without any drops. on cs i also get smooth performance with mostly fornite/apex, though at 160 fps it's a bit hot but stays under 72 usually around 65. with 70+ usage it's normal, though with stuff open it can go up to 90 cpu usage. even when everything is off, game and steam/ubisoft still face the same issues. i'm wondering if these fps problems are typical for my system or if they're related to drivers/windows before resetting and clearing all stuff.
