Low FPS in games ?

My system has a 4060 Ti 16GB GPU, a Ryzen 7 3700X CPU, 32GB RAM, but performance is still low in most games. I've adjusted the settings and used software to overclock the GPU.

Consider turning on expo/docp in the BIOS and check if it increases RAM speed to 3200.

on an asrock/cyberpower motherboard, where would it be located? changing the dram frequency to ddr4-3200 is possible.

When the docp/expo setting is present in the BIOS, it will handle it automatically.
If it's missing, you can attempt a manual process.
I don't know the appearance of your BIOS.

Overclocking the RAM is unlikely to have a significant impact; it isn't the case when operating at 2133MHz. We require additional details. Which games are you currently playing? And how do you define poor FPS?
