And do both loads remain low? Is 1080 set to ultra or high? (I observed you mentioned your friend’s i3 runs at 1080 with ultra settings and achieves higher frame rates.) Are you using a 1366x768 monitor? Is this not a laptop? You stated your components are up to date; does this encompass BIOS updates? Your initial Ryzen processor requires numerous updates to optimize RAM performance. If the GPU load decreases, I suspect overheating, insufficient CPU processing speed, or a power deficiency. Despite your assessment of adequate heat, the 520 is not typically suitable for contemporary systems. Although your system’s power consumption isn't excessive, it may exceed the capacity of your power supply unit. Is this a new PSU, or is it being reused? Regarding storage, are the games located on SSDs and not an older hard drive?

I am currently utilizing a 1366x768 monitor, and this is not a laptop. The game is installed on an SSD, and the BIOS has been updated. My power supply is also new.

Your GPU is at 100% utilization, indicating an issue. Please specify the source of your 570 reference. Indicate whether you are using borderless, windowed, or fullscreen mode for the game. Detail your desktop resolution and whether Virtual Super Resolution is enabled. Confirm that ReLive or other capture software is disabled.

That game is ancient. Older hardware can achieve 60 frames per second on the game, even with significantly reduced specifications. A GeForce GTX 7970 running with an Intel i7-4770K processor could execute the game at Ultra settings at 1920x1200. Consider attempting solutions found here: https://forums.ubisoft.com/showthread.ph...-4!-Forums. Furthermore, utilizing supersampling – rendering the game at a higher resolution and then scaling it down to your monitor’s native resolution – might be beneficial. Determining the optimal PC game resolution involves considering monitor capabilities; however, avoid low resolutions or inadequate settings as this would heavily burden your CPU and likely limit GPU performance.
