Low FPS in CSGO

Hey everyone, I've been back into CSGO and noticed my FPS is dropping to around 150-200. I thought it might be limited by the CPU, but I used to hit 300fps on my AMD 7950. With a 1080p display and the same CPU, I expected similar performance. I tested both 1080p and 1440p but didn’t see any difference. Are there any adjustments I should consider, or is this related to a game update? I’ve already set the maximum FPS to 0 to avoid any caps.

Recently, CPU activity stays near 65-75% while GPU usage is around 55-65%. I just reinstalled Windows and am setting up my games. I'll share updates once CSGO is operational.
