I'm testing around 25-30 fps in MW and wondering if I can push my settings up to higher FPS with these specs.
Navigate to C:\Documents\Call of Duty\players and launch options.3.cod22.cst using notepad. Locate RenderWorkCount and adjust it according to your CPU core count (for example, 6 cores, then set to 5 or 6). In the game, with all graphics settings at their lowest, disable texture streaming and enable spot cache on high/ultra. This configuration works for my system.
