I've been craving WW2 last weeks and recently re-downloaded BF5. I observed the FPS is quite low—not just compared to other games, but to the original launch of BFV. Any suggestions to boost performance? I'm using all LOW settings, DX12 is either on or off without affecting results, GPU memory restriction is disabled. Essentially, I'm pushing the game as far as possible. I'm playing at 3440x1440 and it barely reaches 80fps. In BF1 I see 130+fps with a mix of high and medium settings; BF4 hits 180+fps almost at full capacity. My specs: Ryzen 7 2700X @ 4.2ghz, RTX 2070 (normal), 16GB DDR4 at 3200MHz. The game runs from my HDD but shouldn't be a big issue.

Is it that resolution you're using? I remember BF5 can be quite demanding, and 80 frames per second seemed normal. After reviewing your message, I noticed you reduced the settings. If you increase everything back to higher settings, what speed would you expect?

Approximately 60 frames per second, minimal difference
