Turn on pre-rendering for faster performance. My setup at 3440x1440 with 2080ti achieved 60-70fps initially, but switching it on boosted to around 110fps. Ray tracing was also activated, which made a big difference. Yay!

Perfectly fine at Ultra Settings 1440p. The CPU might be limiting the 2080ti more than it should, due to its higher performance demands. Have you already applied the W10 October update? It can sometimes lead to slower performance for others.
