Hello! Your setup looks solid for gaming. The fps you're seeing—60-120 FPS in Battlefield 5 and 100+ in State of Decay 2—depends on the game, map, and your position. For a RTX 2080TI with these components, 60-80 FPS is quite typical, especially at higher settings. Your hardware should handle those titles well, though performance can vary based on load and optimization.

At 1080p ultra you should see about 110 frames per second, while 4K delivers around 80 fps on ultra mode. Are you using 4K or 1080p? Also, have your drivers been updated?

Your screen configuration wasn't mentioned... 2133mhz RAM can affect performance, even with an i7-8700 to a certain degree...

You're on DX11, so definitely aim for more MHz RAM!

I'm unsure what's going on; you're running a semi-released game with major development problems. Keep in mind that the i7 8700 has a locked CPU and slower memory, so it won't match the i7 8700K's performance at 5GHz and 3200MHz RAM. BF5 is very demanding on the CPU, even more than the original version, which means 144fps gaming might not be as straightforward as it seems.

I noticed your performance dropped recently. Did you automatically update the drivers via GeForce Experience? Be aware that this service often struggles to remove outdated drivers effectively—consider using Safe Mode and reinstalling them from scratch.

Recent drivers seem to lower performance, though I experienced high FPS yesterday in State of Decay 2. Now I’m seeing only 60-100 FPS despite having the same GPU settings and temperatures. It might relate to my previous GPU overclocking.

Question the removal of the overclock settings and try reinstalling them to see if it improves performance.
