Things seem to be going smoothly now. EVGA precision confirmed the vBIOS was updated and no further updates were required. I also changed my motherboard BIOS to check if that would assist, but results remain unchanged. I opted to completely wipe my OS drive and reinstall Windows, and everything appears functional so far. The card performed correctly right away after the reinstall without any problems. I suspect the issue might be related to Windows, possibly triggered by repeatedly disabling and re-enabling it in Device Manager, which caused error code 43. Restarting the PC resolved it. Fortunately, my PC had been deteriorating for a while, so I’m not likely to repeat this discussion. Thanks for your support! You’ve been great.
