Hi,
I've been using my Lenovo Cube for a while now, and lately I've noticed frequent FPS drops and occasional low FPS sessions. This is puzzling because the games I play—like CS:GO and Team Fortress 2—seem lightweight. It's really frustrating. Anyone have any ideas or help? My PC specs are: Intel Core™ i5-6400 CPU @ 2.70GHz, GeForce GTX 1070 8GB, 8 GB RAM, 512 GB SSD. I'm not very tech-savvy, so I just added that extra info about the CPU being 64-bit based.

Have you recently cleaned your PC? Thermal throttling might be the cause.

Your CPU is likely the main issue. You can use the msi afterburner to see which of your CPU, GPU, or 2 are at full capacity during games. Typically, when playing MM games, your CPU handles more load than the GPU.

Checking your CPU usage during light tasks like browsing and gaming shows it's operating at full capacity, which is typical. The high GHz reading doesn't necessarily indicate a problem unless it's consistently above normal levels.
