You're facing issues with low frame rates across multiple games despite a decent configuration. It sounds like your graphics card might be struggling under load, even when you adjust settings. Checking if the problem persists on different systems could help. Also, ensure drivers are up to date and consider running a system diagnostics tool.

If it isn't a brand-new setup, consider executing defrag, clearing the registry, and scanning for malware—good habits regardless of results. Is this a fresh installation? Has this problem persisted before?
Best regards, Robin

The performance in CS GO is disappointing at 80 FPS; you're likely not achieving more than 200 FPS. There might be an issue, and adjusting the Power Plan to "High Performance" in Windows could help.

I purchased it last year, but I wasn’t able to play games much because I was too busy. Now I can play again. However, I recall that on the day I bought it everything seemed normal—around 200 FPS—and a week later it felt the same.

I also reinstalled Windows 10, which should mean there won't be any virus issues.

Yes, it could be due to not having an SSD.

Launch a task manager while playing the game to understand what processes are using resources. Look for any unnecessary programs in the task manager. Verify your NVIDIA settings, right-click the desktop, and open the NIVIDIA control panel to ensure the preferred graphics card isn’t running under default or Intel settings.

No, I connected the monitor cable to the mainboard rather than the graphics card.
