Hey! Your setup is solid but might be limited by other factors. To hit around 140 FPS in Valorant at 1440p, you’ll likely need better CPU performance and possibly more RAM. Benchmarks show that upgrading to a faster CPU or adding more memory can make a big difference. Consider checking if your current RAM is bottlenecking performance and see if upgrading to 16GB would help.

That really reduces it to half the value. I adjusted my in-game settings, high-low, but they still don’t change a single frame per second.

I don’t have an internet connection, so I can’t check its quality.

250 frames down 50 frames up. Also, when I switch to 1080p it still maintains around 140fps.

This would actually worsen the problem if your CPU is already struggling. When dealing with Ryzen, think beyond just RAM speed—it's connected to memory clock rates. If your RAM is slow, it impacts how quickly the CPU's CCDs talk to each other, especially shared cache.

Seek quicker memory speeds. Ryzen processors benefit from faster RAM, which boosts overall performance significantly. My setup runs at 3200MHz, which is adequate. Aim for CL16 or lower if using 3200MHz RAM to get the best results.
