If that doesn't work, I'd just reinstall Windows entirely.
Upgrade to the latest drivers from NVIDIA. In this instance, version 461.40 was released on January 26th.
It seems the 1080 remains a solid and functional graphics card, even though I don't have it.
From a processor perspective, the 4770 is an older yet capable chip, comparable to the 1080.
