Previously my 4650g in the second rig ran at 1.1V SOC, 1.4V memory, steady at 2066MHz FCLK and DDR4-4133 C18-22-22-42. Beyond that it became unstable. I adjusted to 1.15V SOC and got stable at 2133MHz. Today I tried 1.2V SOC but it didn’t improve beyond that. At 2166MHz it’s unstable and 2200MHz won’t boot. Raising DRAM voltage didn’t help, and timing issues persist, suggesting a FCLK limitation. Essentially, a 0.05V rise in SOC didn’t change the FCLK speed. Are there any constraints on the motherboard or other factors at play? My rig specs: CPU 4650G, SOC 1.15V, motherboard Gigabyte B450i Aorus Pro Wi-Fi RAM Crucial Ballistix 16GB, IC Micron rev.E (C9BLM), stock XMP 3600C16, now stable at 4266C18-22-22-42 1.4V. Timings are tight.
