I’d definitely run Linux on it. Linux Mint Cinnamon works well on older 64-bit machines with 2-4GB of RAM and a decent processor. XFCE is a bit more efficient and would likely perform better on your setup. Either option gives you a much smoother experience for everyday tasks like browsing, email, and social media compared to Windows. Since Windows 7 support ended in January, that’s a solid choice too.
Thank you for the feedback! I prefer not to rely on Linux since some games aren't available there, especially without Wine or similar tools. If I stick with the 32-bit version (Win 7 Thin PC), will I lose access to 64-bit games? Will performance and graphics acceleration suffer?
