Hello, I've observed that in CPU-heavy games my GPU stays at full capacity while my CPU only reaches 26-31% usage. The BIOS is updated, and temperatures never exceed 60°C. My system specs include an RTX 3070, an i5 12600k, two 16GB Corsair Vengeance DDR4 modules at 3600mhz, a B660M-A D4 motherboard, and all games run on an external Samsung SSD—no difference compared to an internal drive. Userbenchmark is available if you need further assistance!

For what purpose? Your CPU is running at just 30 percent usage, and temperatures are around 60 degrees.

Yes, I’m seeing about 40 FPS in games like CS:GO when multithreading is on, while the CPU isn’t being used much on an i7 9700F and a 2070, which are getting around 120-200 FPS. I’m checking if I’m doing something wrong or if there’s an issue with my PC.

Is this a ready-made device? The XMP settings aren't configured, and the userbenchmark shows significant background activity (a lot of unnecessary software) along with CPU throttling (good temperatures suggest power-saving measures). It clearly appears to be a heavily customized pre-built version.
