I have a ryzen 7 3700x, an asrock b450m board, 32gb ram at 3200mhz, a 500gb m.2 drive, a 3tb hdd, a 3060ti, a 750w power supply, windows 10 pro, a 144hz lg monitor, and it consistently operates without overheating or performance issues.
The problem I face is that when running a single game, CPU and GPU usage stays between 20-40%, but with multiple games open simultaneously, it jumps to 70-90%.
I can increase usage if more than one game is running, and testing with four games at once achieved higher consumption.
However, my frame rates rarely reach 60fps during a single game, and I need more utilization from both CPU and GPU, but it doesn’t happen.
Anyone have a solution or advice?

What frame rate are you seeing?
Are you on a new build or an upgrade?

What is the brand and model of the PSU? Did you install the OS or the prebuilt version? Is Windows up to date? What is the latest motherboard BIOS?

Running userbenchmark and providing the public link to the results.
Which titles have you tested?
Note: The overall CPU usage figure isn't very useful—keep track per core or thread.

That's the standard and I mostly play Ark, seeing other systems perform better or worse than mine in frame count.
