won 10 updates for MB BIOS, but no major changes occurred
tested CS GO, which is CPU-intensive, with usage near 30%

Sound about right. CS GO can only use up to 4 threads. I’m not sure about Fortnite. Overall CPU usage is hard to interpret; you should keep an eye on each core/thread. It only takes around 100% to start affecting performance.
Run userbenchmark and provide the public link with the results.
