I solved this on Reddit after buying and installing a 5800X in my system. I upgraded from the previous model but still face very low performance—18fps in Forza, 65 fps in Fortnite. My specs include an EVGA FTW3 Ultra 3080 TI, Asus B550-F, and several high-end components. I updated the BIOS, drivers, and installed Ryzen Master without changes. I enabled DOCP and Performance Boost; the clock was stuck at 3400mHz but now exceeds it after adjustments. The issue persists. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Could mean the installation went wrong significantly. It’s possible Vsync was enabled or other Windows settings were changed during the upgrade. You might want to verify those things, but it seems like the whole Windows setup could have been affected.

I don't have personal experiences, but I can help you understand what typical temperatures are during gaming sessions.
