Loud sound everywhere on all speakers, need assistance!
I've just relocated to a new apartment. In one room I've installed my office setup—PC, speakers, and guitar amplifier. After powering them up, both devices emit a sharp tone lasting roughly 30 seconds with a distinct sound signature. This noise persists even when one is disconnected. I also connected the amplifier in another space, but the issue remains. I'm seeking an expert's diagnosis and a technical explanation so I can contact the right specialist. The seller's company suggested an electrician who couldn't pinpoint the problem, insisting it was device-related and requiring an engineer for a proper check. These recordings are linked to separate power outlets: PC speakers and Guitar amp.
Identify phase mismatches and ground loop problems. Electricians are more affordable than audio experts.
