I tried playing a few games now, both fast and slow (with lag), looked at the delay numbers between them, but couldn't tell much difference. Maybe I should just try a fresh Windows installation to see if that helps, because maybe things are just broken by the old software?

Check Reliability History and Event Viewer for error codes, warnings, or info events that started Monday. They might show up in the days after too. Reliability History is easy to read and the timeline helps a lot. For Event Viewer, check this link: Also look at Update History for failed or bad updates. Something could be happening Monday or on about that day. You might find the problem software by using Microsoft's Process Explorer (it's free). https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sysint...s-explorer

I checked Event Viewer and Process Explorer but couldn't find any weird stuff. Then I tried wiping my Windows 11 computer completely to do a full reset. But the issue is still there. I'm actually going to quit now, maybe it's an issue with my Discord or Overwatch servers?

How did Windows 11 actually get wiped? Just checking if it was because of Discord or Overwatch servers, you'd need to test on other computers that work well and don't have high ping. Try turning off IPv6. Run "ipconfig /all" without quotes in the Command Prompt. Share the results here.
