Losing FPS.

I've been dealing with this issue for a while now and I really want it resolved. The problem is that my computer runs smoothly for a few weeks, achieving good FPS without any lag or issues, but then suddenly the FPS drops significantly and the performance becomes very poor.

I possess 16gb of RAM along with a 500gb SSD and a 1TB SSD. The temperature ranges from 45 to 50 degrees Celsius. I'm unsure about the RAM usage or SSD activity, and I need to monitor it. The power supply unit is an EVGA 650w.
