You can see the active BIOS version inside the motherboard itself. Check the label or documentation on the back of the case for the current model and its BIOS details.

If you're looking to purchase an older chipset and aren't certain about CPU compatibility (such as a Ryzen 3000 on a B450 board), simply look at the motherboard's documentation to confirm support for the CPU. For instance, Intel has added more CPUs to certain sockets over time, like in the 9th generation line.

It mainly consisted of a 5000-series model for my B550, because I found out some are already compatible.

Updates for Agesa 1.0.8.0 and 1.1.0.0 are scheduled for the 5th, including the CPU release. It's advisable to upgrade to the latest BIOS version at that time.
