With this budget you have limited options. Suggested improvements: 1.PSU: Corsair CV, EVGA BR 2.GPU: R9 380 4GB 3.RAM: 2x 8GB 1600MHz/1333MHz CL9 4.CPU: 2600K (uses STIM instead of the thermal paste between die and IHS) 5.Cooler: check forums for recommendations when you arrive.
