10900k, dual Titan RTXs, 64gb 3600mhz cl34 RAM, Meshify C (great for @TofuHaroto), custom loop. Also, hit the ‘caps lock’ button once.

I purchased an HP Pro 3330 MT with Core i5 3470, a 240W PSU, Foxconn 17AO motherboard, 4GB DDR3 RAM. I paid around $100, which equals about 5000 in our local currency.

This sounds like a play on words. $100 doesn’t do much, but it might help with upgrading something like a power supply, especially since 240W isn’t sufficient for most devices.

For guidance on where to begin, consider starting with a clear goal and breaking it into manageable steps.

God, that's quite the challenge. Here are some options:
1. Add another 4GB RAM for $15
2. Install a 256GB SSD for $25
3. Upgrade to an affordable used GPU such as GTX 750ti, GTX 1030 or RX560 for $60

Looking for a PSU with a true rating? It’s fine if it’s above $100. Thanks for your help!
