his friend caught a virus on his laptop which blocked access to files and created a temporary account. he intends to reinstall windows on the Lenovo IdeaPad Z500, but drivers for this model aren't available online. we need to locate the necessary drivers for the OS installation.

Windows installation doesn<|pad|> can be done without drivers. I’ll check the links and see if suitable ones exist.

Next to the power button, click it when it's off. Then select system recovery, wait a moment, and you'll be directed to Windows setup.

I don't see that button near the power switch. It's likely located elsewhere in the device.
