I want to purchase additional RAM for my system. I found it on eBay (image 2) which matches most of what I need except voltage and version. My current setup is 1.8V ver4.2, while the seller lists 1.9V ver3.1. Is this a concern?

It should work fine, but you might need to test them at 1.9V. If your CPU is overclocked, you may want to reduce the overclock slightly if you encounter BSOD, though otherwise I’ve successfully combined various DDR2 models from different suppliers without issues—just a minor adjustment on CPU OC.
