Both models have 4-core CPUs and are outdated. The 4790K is roughly 20% quicker than the I5 4440. You'll need a newer CPU with more cores, DDR4 memory, and a fresh motherboard for a significant improvement.

Do you have any suggestions that are reasonably priced? I’m not trying to spend a lot, but I want the improvement to hold up for a long time.
