Seeking advice on choosing a monitor at a great price. Are there other components you'd consider besides the ones listed?

It’s better to consider other options if you’re budgeting that amount.

Just seems like you overlooked the right monitor. Which one would you suggest? The updated PCPartPicker list includes a variety of options for your needs.

PCPartPicker list includes various components for your build. The Ryzen 7 3800X isn't ideal for gaming; the Ryzen 9 3900X would be better suited. The 5700 XT offers decent cooling but may need upgrading. Check your intended use before purchasing.

PCPartPicker list includes various components at competitive prices. The Ryzen 9 3900X offers strong performance but needs a robust cooler; the Corsair H100i provides excellent cooling for this model. The Asus TUF GAMING X570-PLUS supports Wi-Fi and is suitable for ATX builds. Memory options from G.Skill are available at reasonable rates. Storage solutions range from SSDs to HDDs, with prices reflecting current market values. All items are priced with shipping and taxes accounted for.

A quick idea. I’m not sure how much the Hyper 212 handles heat, but reviews say the third gen Ryzen depends a lot on cooling. Better cooling means higher boost speeds, so it might not be enough for the 3900X.

I intend to apply a light throttle to the CPU, mainly for using HandBrake and transcoding—compiling and decompiling.

they won’t even trigger a small signal on the processor, the chips are already struggling to hit their peak performance, especially with extreme voltages
